We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing quality candidates with our clients. You'll act as a trusted partner to both talents and hiring managers — helping candidates find the right fit, and helping clients build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for various roles
- Match candidates to client requirements based on skillset, personality, and career goals
- Build and maintain relationships with a strong pipeline of talents
- Work closely with hiring managers or external clients to understand job scopes and expectations
- Coordinate interviews and feedback processes between candidates and clients
- Stay updated on hiring trends and industry movement
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Supportive team and structured training
- Access to existing client portfolio across industries
- Marketing and lead generation support (depending on company setup)
- Career advancement opportunities into senior or managerial roles
- A dynamic work culture focused on growth and collaboration
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships
