Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, including screening, applications, preparing for workers' arrival, and contracting.

  • Recruitment Activities: Handle all aspects of recruitment, from initial contact with candidates to finalizing contracts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating internal data, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Client Management: Monitor department issues and client complaints to develop solutions to reduce recurring issues; manage client accounts.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum Higher Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Preferred Skills: Applicants with knowledge of MOM legislations are preferred.
  • Additional Certification: CEI certification is preferred.
