Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to the strategic development and implementation of our recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement, and maintain effective recruitment strategies that meet the company's hiring needs.
  • To collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans that align with business objectives.
  • To work closely with Hiring Managers to develop or review role profiles for jobs, ensuring they accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications.
  • To manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • To ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and providing any necessary training.
  • To facilitate a seamless offboarding process, maintaining a positive relationship with departing employees while protecting the company from potential risks.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.
