About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports our business goals. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving recruitment strategies and processes that deliver results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
