Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage inquiries, service requests, and complaints with timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Record and update customer details for follow-up and database accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth waste collection and service delivery.
  • Oversee collection schedules, purchase orders, billing, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems, NAV software, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
