
Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage inquiries, service requests, and complaints with timely follow-up and resolution.
- Record and update customer details for follow-up and database accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth waste collection and service delivery.
- Oversee collection schedules, purchase orders, billing, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain filing systems, NAV software, and prepare monthly reports.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
