We are hiring Customer Service Executive for Marine Team in Singapore.

**Mission**
- Support the Group's Vision by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization.
- Promote & implement the core Atlas Copco values of Interaction, innovation & commitment.
- Support the Service Operations team along with relevant stakeholders on administrative issues in order to maximize department’s efficiency.

**About the role**

Operations Function:

- SAP formalities (Account Vendor creation/Create equipment/Transfer equipment)
- Liaise with internal stake holders on the above SAP formalities.
- Invoicing / Credit note issuance / ePO issuance / goods received & closing formalities.
- Communicate closely with service planner to monitor WIP list and actively push for closure.
- To work closely with and be the back-up for the service planner on job creation/allocation & coordination.

Customer Service function:

- Improve customers’ response through effective coordination & communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Compliance & Other function as maybe assigned:

- Adhere to all legal, customer’s and company’s safety rules and regulations to ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and property.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time in accordance with Operations Team Leader’s instructions

**What we are looking for**

Experience Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the industrial environment, preferable with good knowledge in coordination and managing customer’s expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong planning and monitoring capability, in order to monitor & execute multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, promptly and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge:

- Computer literate, knowledgeable & proficient in using MS Office & SAP.
- Good command of English is essential, both written and oral.
- Preferably with basic knowledge of Atlas Copco products, but not necessary.

Educational Requirements:

- NITEC or Diploma in Administration.

Personality Requirements:

- Customer oriented and a team player.
- Able to work independently in challenging and demanding environments.
- Self-Starter and Proactive with good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with how things work in the marine industry (Culture, procedures, formalities etc.)
- Able to multi-task with positive attitude.
- Willing to work irregular hours.
