- Salary Package**:Up to $3,100 + Incentives**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information to customers by ensuring a clear understanding of their requests, answering questions, and offering assistance promptly.
- Initiate services by documenting requests and coordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle revenue collection efficiently by receiving and recording payments.
- Resolve billing issues by identifying errors, explaining procedures, and coordinating necessary adjustments.
- Enhance service quality by assessing current processes and recommending improvements.
- Stay updated with industry practices by engaging in educational opportunities.
- Resolve billing-related tasks for customers, including the issuance of invoices, credit, and debit memos.
- Maintain accurate customer information for billing and service purposes.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support customer management and address any related inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer accounts receivable and specific requests.
- Manage customer records effectively and initiate actions related to rebates and sponsorships.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
