Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with adequate trade knowledge in the industrial market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, creating sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industrial market, as well as market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients and partners to effectively address their needs.
  • Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the tyre industry or its supply chain is a plus but not mandatory
  • Singaporean / P R preferred
