Xnergy is a multi-VC funded and Sovereign-backed, global deeptech leader in high power universal wireless charging for global electrified mobility. With deployment presence in close to 40 countries, adopted by almost 100 autonomous robot companies, Xnergy was voted an APAC 25 company in 2020 by Cleantech Group.

* The APAC 25 is an annual list of 25 private sustainable innovation companies that are regarded as having the potential to make a significant impact in a five-to-ten-year time frame.

With its HQ in Singapore, Xnergy is expanding its physical offices beyond its current Suzhou subsidiary branch, into new markets of Korea, US/LATAM, EU & Japan over the next 3 years.

Xnergy is changing the way we power our world, starting with enabling massive industrial and warehouse robots to be charged as easily as topping off your phone's battery. We started our journey by powering robots that work behind the scenes, but our rapidly growing footprint in over 27 countries and our work to develop universal, safe, and fast charging standards means that worrying about where to charge an electric vehicle may soon become a thing of the past.

Having built a strong foundation for our business, we are now trying to improve the way we tell our story. We are rapidly scaling our marketing and communications capabilities to usher in the next stage of our growth. We are looking to hire a creative and motivated talent to design and implement marketing strategies that cultivate our relationships with media and ecosystem, engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness in globally.

You will spearhead the Brand and Marketing efforts while working closely with the core leadership, to create effective strategies that build, enhance, and protect our reputation while being empowered to create high-quality content for a wide variety of platforms, from social media to live events.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team and related stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute corporate brand strategy.
  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships including customers, government bodies and industry associations to drive co-marketing opportunities.
  • Work with Product and Sales team to create and execute effective Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies that align with the overall brand and business objectives.
  • Content creation for social media, websites, and other digital assets.
  • Create and update physical marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Manage corporate website including enhancing navigation flow, redesign, optimising SEO/SEM etc.
  • Plan and execute exhibitions & seminars in and beyond Singapore.
  • Work with strategic alliances/partners, external marketing agencies and freelancers where appropriate.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Present data-driven quarterly updates on marketing efforts to leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations or a related field.
  • 5 years and beyond proven hands-on marketing track records.
  • A strong passion for sustainability, energy transition & storage, robotics and automation and mobility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Flexibility with work arrangements (e.g., different locations for events or on-site work and timing/dates of different projects).
  • Previous experience in startups is a plus.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge in web content management systems like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Web Analytics.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Business Communication in Chinese preferred, given key growth markets.
  • Experience with Video and Photography.
  • Hands-on, creative, self-reflective, open-minded, down-to-earth, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to execute.
  • Able to thrive in
    start-up
    environment. This means that you should be comfortable with uncertainty, driven to explore alternatives, and quick to find the answers and tools you need.
