**Web3 Growth Marketing Manager

Fully remote // perm**
Stott and May are working with a new decentralised marketplace that enables transparent, on-chain trading of locked and vested tokens. The platform brings OTC-style deals into a secure, automated smart contract environment, giving token projects, investors, and buyers a fair and efficient way to unlock liquidity without increasing circulating supply.

They're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be running airdrop campaigns, driving community engagement, and building brand presence in the space. You'll use on-chain analytics and testing to design targeted campaigns that acquire, engage, and retain users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery across multiple channels.
  • Define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for ROI.
  • Drive growth through content, channel experimentation, and acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product on go-to-market plans for launches.
  • Manage co-marketing, events, and community-driven campaigns.
  • Plan and execute token generation events and airdrops using on-chain analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in tech/crypto; 3+ years in management.
  • Experience at exchanges, wallets, or L1s, working closely with product/community teams.
  • Proven track record with token launches and airdrop campaigns.
