Position:
We are seeking a skilled
Territory Sales Manager
to join our growing team based in
Singapore
. In this position, you will be in charge of managing and growing business sales across Eastern Asia. You will be the first point of contact for our distributors, key accounts and / or dealers for your assigned territory, making sure to efficiently support our expansion in these areas according to the established business strategy, whilst also delivering top customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Your goal will be to drive sales across the assigned territory (Eastern Asia), not only by implementing solid business strategies to achieve the best sales distribution, but also by identifying and assessing new market opportunities.
- Territory Management – You will develop and execute specific territory plans to grow the business through all channels, not only aiming for a sustainable growth, but also making sure that these are fully aligned with the company's strategies.
- Client Relationship Management – You will be entrusted to build and nurture strong working relationships with your distributors, key accounts and retailers.
Brand & Product Development – Moreover, you will support in building the brand image in the area according to the market opportunities identified.
To do this, you will collaborate with the team to select and optimise the product portfolios for the assigned areas, so to align the offer with market demands and support sales campaigns.
- You will also deliver marketing and communication strategies aiming to promote our products and strengthen the company presence and brand on the market.
- You will monitor product performance closely, reporting on any potential needed improvements.
You will also be responsible for educating our clients on product features, benefits and usage so to maximise sales potential.
Reporting – You will also be entrusted with maintaining accurate sales forecasts, sales activities, pipeline updates as well as territory performance.
You will also be in charge of monitoring industry trends, competitors' activity and customers' needs so to best improve our business and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum ofyears' experience in Sales with a proven track record on delivering business growth, building solid distributor relationships ideally within the Sporting Goods sector on the Asian market with specific experience in the Eastern Asian countries.
- Solid expertise and knowledge of the motorcycle and / or technical sporting sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Asian markets and related regional business dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a self-motivated, target-driven approach will be a must have in this role.
- Fluency in English is a must have – Proficiency in another Asian language will be considered a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
