Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Sembawang
Job Scope:
1. Sales & Marketing Support:
- Generate and organize targeted sales lead lists by country to support the sales team
- Manage sales orders, track deliveries, and prepare import/export documentation
- Maintain CRM system and produce regular sales reports
- Coordinate sample deliveries and monitor toner/cartridge inventory levels
- Support eMarketing campaigns, update company website, and handle front-office sales inquiries
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and participation in international trade shows
2. Office & Quality Control Administration:
- Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and ensure a clean, efficient office environment
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications
- Support the Quality Control team with documentation, filing of test reports, and verifying supplier documents
- Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments from the CEO
3. Human Resources Support:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
- Maintain employee records, create official email accounts, and track leave balances
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance and distribute pay slips
- Liaise with MOM on work passes, levies, and compliance-related matters
- Prepare annual HR reports and ensure proper documentation
Requirements:
- Min 2–3 years sales admin/marketing support experience or related roles
- Able to draft professional business emails
- Hands-on with sales orders, CRM, and basic import/export docs
- Open to handle basic office admin & HR (payroll for small team, training provided)
