Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive support throughout the entire membership application process, from initial receipt and processing to post-application administration.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities by thoroughly verifying the completeness and accuracy of membership application forms, and by uploading both the forms and supporting documents into the CRM system.
  • Regularly update and maintain members' details in the CRM database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Respond promptly to members' enquiries received through all communication channels, including email, Zendesk, phone, and social media, ensuring that each query is addressed within the stipulated timelines.
  • Oversee the administration, issuance, and management of all HomeTeamNS electronic vouchers.
  • To provide comprehensive support for the enhancement and management of the CRM and mobile applications.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong grasp of data accuracy and effective data entry in administrative tasks.
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and excels in managing data accuracy.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicants should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • A minimum of two years' relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Candidates with experience in clerical or administrative support roles, or an equivalent background, are preferred.
