Key Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of our brand on multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TiktokShop, etc.).
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with warehouse and fulfillment partners.
  • Conduct simple market and competitor research, and prepare monthly reports with guidance from the team.
  • Help to set up and execute promotions, campaigns, and special events across online platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, and promotions on all channels.
  • Track weekly sales performance and prepare recap reports.
  • Assist in exploring and reaching out to potential partnerships, distributors, and retail opportunities.
  • Support the team in KOL & influencer collaborations by helping with scheduling, and tracking results.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Eligible for internship or entry-level employment in Singapore.
  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or e-commerce (not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon) and online retail trends.
  • Familiar with social media and has curiosity about KOL/influencer collaborations.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to track sales and promotions.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
  • Good organizational skills to manage sales recaps, reporting, and campaign schedules.
  • Open to taking ownership of projects and contributing new ideas.
