About the Role

We're building our Singapore team from the ground up—and we're looking for someone excited to do more than "just sales" or "just tech." This is a hybrid role that combines account strategy, cloud solution design, and client success.

You'll be joining a fast-growing cybersecurity company with a strong presence in Japan, now expanding across Southeast Asia. If you're someone who enjoys solving client challenges, has hands-on experience with cloud (especially AWS), and wants to be a founding member of a regional team—this role is for you.

Pre-Sales Consultant #Technical Account Manager

What You'll Do

  • Drive client engagement across Singapore and the region with a focus on AWS-based cloud security solutions
  • Lead solution proposals, demos, and PoC implementation
  • Act as the technical bridge between client needs and internal product capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and business teams to improve offerings
  • Manage accounts, drive adoption, and grow customer success metrics
Who You Are
  • You've worked in IT sales, pre-sales, or cloud consulting for 2–5 years
  • You can explain AWS basics and speak confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
  • You love working with autonomy and seeing the impact of your work directly
  • You're excited about joining a company in startup expansion phase
Bonus Points (Not Required)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or cloud security tools
  • Prior work in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech
  • Japanese or regional language skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot
