IT Solutions Integration Consultant

About the Role:

As an IT Solutions Integration Consultant, you'll act as the bridge between our clients' business needs and our technology vendors' offerings. You'll lead requirement-gathering workshops, translate client visions into detailed technical specifications, and coordinate with hardware and software partners to deliver end-to-end solutions—ranging from network/server infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and CCTV/access control systems to advanced technologies like AI-powered analytics (e.g. face recognition, email agents, business workflows and automation), IoT and cybersecurity solutions. Beyond technical delivery, you'll drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping value-based proposals, engaging in pre-sales discussions, and meeting defined revenue targets. This role blends consultative expertise with a growth-oriented mindset to deliver impactful, secure, and future-ready solutions for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery workshops (on-site or virtual) to gather business goals, technical needs, and operational constraints.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors/integrators—manage pricing, solution fit, and delivery capabilities across IT infrastructure, software, AI, IoT and cybersecurity domains.
• Drive sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and presenting value-driven solutions across IT, AI, IoT and cybersecurity portfolios.
• Own a sales quota—track pipeline, forecast revenue, and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate project delivery from planning to handover—manage schedules, vendors, and risk escalations.
• Oversee quality assurance during installation and testing phases; ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Compile technical documentation and conduct training for client admins on system use and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-implementation support during hypercare, resolve issues, and manage upgrades or enhancements.
• Build long-term client relationships—pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g. analytics modules, cybersecurity, cloud services).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT systems integration, technical project coordination, or pre‑sales engineering.
• Good understanding of IT architectures, server virtualization, wireless design (site surveys, AP placement), and physical security systems (IP cameras, access control), AI and Cybersecurity technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills; able to translate between non‑technical client language and detailed technical specs.
• Proficiency with Visio (or similar) for solution diagrams, and familiarity with ticketing/CRM tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow).
