About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer (Low-Code) to join our dynamic and innovative technology team. In this role, you will architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Growth Edition.

As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define user stories, deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, governance, and performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Growth Edition) across email, journey builder, audience segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Implement Data Cloud solutions for customer data management, segmentation, activation workflows, and calculated insights.
  • Manage Salesforce Shield for data encryption, monitoring, and governance.
  • Lead client sessions to define business requirements and translate them into agile deliverables.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and quality assurance within sprint cycles, including automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot integration, data, and performance issues; perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
  • Create documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Perform Salesforce administration, including user management, access control, and platform monitoring.
  • Collaborate within agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, participating in sprints and ceremonies.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on implementation in one or more of the following:

  • Marketing Cloud

  • Data Cloud
  • Salesforce Shield
  • Salesforce Integration (APIs, patterns)

  • At least one Salesforce certification, such as:

  • Marketing Cloud Administrator / Email Specialist / Consultant

  • Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Platform Developer
  • Proven experience in agile delivery environments (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Service/Sales/Experience Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, or related programming languages.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking, workflows, and reporting.
