  • Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver high-quality salesforce solutions in accordance with requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow rules, approval processes, validation rules, and flows, to meet government project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment, including system integrations and data quality challenges.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and development standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to gather requirements and create technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong communication skill, to effectively engage with clients/business stakeholders and offer guidance on Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in OmniStudio & omniscript is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in administration setup, 3rd party API integration and data migration.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer are highly desirable.
