Sales Executive

- East area (Kaki Bukit)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sales operations such as preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and managing delivery orders and invoices.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely solutions and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tenders, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and track sales programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process, including system enhancements and process automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, program management, or customer service role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
