In this role, you will:

  • Oversee incoming service requests and ensure timely progress in line with established SLAs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and internal reporting
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and logistics to ensure project preparedness
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams, customer success, and sales
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and ensure compliance

What Requirements You Need

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, service operations, or logistics management
  • Experience in a technology-driven or service delivery environment is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
  • Skilled in executing and optimizing standard operating procedures
  • Foundational knowledge of IT systems and technical service workflows
  • Strong focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
  • Effective in bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
