Are you ready to make a real impact across regional HR practices? We're seeking an experienced and driven Total Rewards Specialist to lead the implementation of compensation and benefits programs across Asia. This is your chance to drive meaningful transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced multinational environment.

About the Role

As a key member of the regional HR team, you'll be responsible for project-managing total rewards initiatives — including salary structure reviews, bonus and incentive design, benchmarking, benefits harmonisation, and performance framework enhancements.

This role will suit someone who enjoys blending data analytics with strategic execution, and is confident in working across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roll out compensation and benefits programs across the region (e.g., salary reviews, bonus schemes, LTI, benefits redesign)

  • Conduct market benchmarking and maintain competitive pay structures

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment with corporate strategy

  • Collaborate with vendors and survey providers

  • Support performance management initiatives and annual review cycles

  • Analyse compensation data to identify trends, gaps, or misalignment

  • Provide insights to drive decision-making and improve employee value proposition

What We're Looking For
  • 5 years of experience in total rewards or C&B, preferably in a regional role

  • Demonstrated experience rolling out C&B projects across Asia or globally

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and compensation tools

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Experience with vendors such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW preferred

  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or Finance (CCP a plus)
