
Total Rewards Specialist

The Total Rewards Specialist runs the dedicated processes and the agenda under the supervision, management and leadership of the Total Rewards Lead. You will also run processes to maintain the existing remuneration structure, collects feedback about the performance of compensation processes and implements the process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Processes - Coordinates Total Rewards processes like salary planning, bonus planning
- Supports in Design & Development of Policies - Supports in the development Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Analyzes Remuneration Scheme - Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Maintains the Data Submission - Closely cooperates and maintains the data submission with external compensation consulting companies
- Active Participation in the Team - Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Manage Insurance Matters - Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrolment, attend to employees enquiries, and liaise with broker on any related matters.
- Others - Any other Total Rewards related task that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of Rewards experience
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes
