Senior Executive, Customer Service (ISO Tank)
The Senior Executive, Customer Service (ISO Tanks) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of ISO tank logistics.
This position requires handling customer requests, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, all while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends that impact the company, providing valuable market insights and strategic recommendations to the Head of Department for the SEA region.
- Lead and drive significant business growth and profitability, while nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers.
- Make well-informed and decisive market-related decisions to ensure the company's profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure and grow the company's market share. Assess, manage, and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth sales processes and closures.
- Develop and implement detailed business plans aimed at growing the business and improving cost efficiency.
- Communicate the division's and corporate vision effectively to foster a supportive and collaborative culture.
This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and provide solutions to complex issues.
