**SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
**Responsibilities**:
1) Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

2) Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

3) Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

4) Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation

and teamwork

5) Comply with all health and safety regulations

6) Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services

as required by the callers

7) Follow up with customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly

8) Respond to inquiries and queries from customers and provide a thorough and speedy resolve

9) Investigate and respond to every inquiry and complaint from customers regarding the company’s products and

possibly its shipment

10) Establish standards for best customer support practices

11) Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs in the best possible way

12) Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs

**Requirements**:
O Level, others

1) Able to work in a fast-paced environment

2) Customer service experience is preferred

3) Ability to effectively work with a team

4) Excellent customer skills

5) Good communication skills both verbal and written

6) Good problem solving and people skills

7) Guest-oriented and service-minded

8) Dynamic, independent and reliable

9) IT savvy

**Working Environment**:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Off Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
