Role Overview Senior Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Executive – SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for day‐to‐day tasks such as processing shipping documentation, providing customer service to clients, and ensuring smooth operations in their logistics needs. Responsibilities Maintain business relationships with customers, attend to their enquiries and ensure all job requirements in their orders are fulfilled. Perform job creation for trucking activities and monitor progress of job orders and shipments adhering to deadlines or specified dates. Communicate customers' trucking requirements to operations staff so that the operations team can carry out the trucking or shipment activities. Monitor job status and provide timely updates for shipment, including updating container details into the system. Advise customers on trucking delivery schedules. Maintain monthly closing of trucking jobs. Assist in billing, issue debit notes and credit notes, and manage accruals. Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and job sheets. Assist in permit declaration for job orders when required. Attend to customers' feedback and complaints and work with a superior to assist with findings and reporting of complaints. Assist superiors to gather data and perform reporting as required. Requirements Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Experience in customer service / shipping documentation role in a logistics company. Experience with TradeNet is an advantage. Ability to perform overtime when necessary.
