The Job
We're hiring customer-focused individuals to join our client's Contact Center team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.
- Answer calls from the public and provide first-call resolution for queries and issues.
- Work closely with support and product teams to resolve requests quickly.
- Make outbound calls to users who request callbacks.
- Handle emails and chatbot responses as assigned.
- Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, and followed up.
The Talent
- No experience required
- Prior experience in call centres or customer service is highly preferred
- Comfortable to be in a call centre role
- Committed and focused
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable and a fast learner
- Strong customer centricity
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends and PHs
