As a Senior Clinic Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Welcome and register patients at the front desk.
  • Take and record patients' vital signs.
  • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Upload and manage patient documents; shred when no longer needed.
  • Handle billing, payments, and daily settlements.
  • Schedule local and overseas patient appointments, including teleconsultations.
  • Prepare test forms and follow up on results with medical staff.
  • Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess Nitec / GCE O levels
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
