Role Overview
An Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for managing an organization's day-to-day financial transactions and administrative operations. This dual role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.
Support with payroll processing.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external parties as needed.
Administration
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Support HR functions such as leave records, attendance, and onboarding.
Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in procurement and vendor management.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
