
Sales Admin Assistant

Work conditions
- 5 day work week (Monday - Friday only)
- Up to 1 day work from home after confirmation
- Company bus provided at multiple MRT stations
- Office moving to Serangoon area at the end of the year
Job Requirements
- Attend to sales calls and enquires
- Generate pick up list, sales invoices and delivery orders
- Coordinate sales orders with sales, production, logistic teams and drivers to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with customers for processing of sales orders, coordinate and perform inwards and outward documentation
- Process sales order and delivery order for various customers
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics and warehouse to achieve on timely deliveries
- Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customer issues
- Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned
Preferred Skills
- Experience in admin and order processing
- Experience in SAP is a bonus
