As a full-time Sales Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.
What you'll be doing:
- Entertain walk-in customers & take order
- Manage & maintain customer & vendor databases
- Process sales orders & follow up on deliveries
- Prepare sales & financial related documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments & coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports & presentations
- Perform other general administrative duties as required
Qualities we're looking for:
- Strong administrative & organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Attention to details & ability to multitask
- Experience in sales and/or customer service role is preferred
- Fresh grads are welcome too
