Position: Business Support Administrator
Reporting to : Pacific Regional Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage travel and expense claims in line with company policies
· Support regional commercial leaders with travel documentation, including visas and passport renewals, on an ad-hoc basis
· Handle a variety of office administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, business cards, mobile services, courier arrangements, and document preparation
· Assist with onboarding new employees in the Singapore office, including provisioning laptops, mobile phones, credit cards, and office equipment.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline
· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
· Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
· Self-motivated, organized, and positive in approach
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
