Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Handle general correspondence and follow up on inquiries
- Run bank-related errands and assist with basic finance tasks
- Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling errands outside the office when needed
