Channel Executive

Due to business expansion, we are inviting outstanding candidates to join our Business Development Department.

Key Responsibilities

a) Agent/Partner Channel Management

• Build and maintain good relationships with local agencies, regularly visit partners, and understand their business needs and market trends.
• Introduce the company's turnkey renovation services and cooperation policies to agents, promoting project referrals and improving business conversion rates.
• Assist agents in addressing customer inquiries and issues during renovation, providing professional consultation to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from agents on market information and customer needs, providing input for market strategy and product optimization.

b) Bank Channel Cooperation

• Establish partnerships with local banks, negotiating cooperation on renovation loan services and promoting company services to clients.
• Support banks in marketing renovation loan services, such as joint campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track clients' renovation loan applications and maintain communication with banks to ensure smooth loan approval.
• Analyze bank channel performance data, evaluate cooperation effectiveness, and propose improvements.

c) Interior Designer (ID) Channel Coordination

• Maintain close communication with the internal ID (Design) team to ensure design plans meet market needs and client expectations.
• Provide feedback from agents and clients to the ID team and coordinate design adjustments and optimizations.
• Assist the ID team in client and agent communication, organizing design presentations to improve plan approval.
• Track project progress and resolve design-related issues to ensure timely completion.

d) Market Research & Analysis

• Collect information on the local renovation market, including competitors, market demand, and regulations.
• Analyze market data and produce research reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative marketing strategies and channel expansion plans.

e) Channel Event Planning & Execution

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and organizing channel-related events, such as agent briefings, bank partnership events, and design workshops.
• Handle event execution and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations and achieve desired results.
• Evaluate event effectiveness, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and propose improvements for future events.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in channel management or marketing in Interior Design or Renovation, and familiar Singapore market.

• Proficient in English, with strong oral and written communication skills to liaise with agents, banks, and clients.

• Strong market insight and analytical ability to capture trends and client needs for strategy adjustments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Capable of planning and executing marketing events independently.

• Basic data analysis skills to support decision-making.

• Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Strong responsibility and execution skills to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Quick learner and adaptable to changing market and business needs.
