Our 14,000 sq ft flagship showroom at Marina Square offers a first-of-its-kind full-home renovation concept — from design to completion.

We're a passionate team of designers, builders, and dreamers, delivering turnkey solutions that turn houses into homes.

Now, we're expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our growing team

What You'll Do

You'll be the key bridge connecting our partners, banks, and design teams — driving new business and building strong, lasting relationships.

Build Channel Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, banks, and business partners.
  • Present our renovation solutions and partnership programs to drive referrals and revenue growth.
  • Provide professional advice to partners and clients to ensure a smooth renovation journey.

Grow Bank & Agent Collaborations

  • Partner with local banks to promote renovation loan programs and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Support agents with sales materials, training, and client presentations.
  • Track performance and suggest new strategies for better results.

Collaborate with Designers

  • Work closely with our Interior Design team to align client needs and market trends.
  • Coordinate feedback between clients, agents, and designers for the best project outcomes.

Market Insights & Event Support

  • Conduct market research on competitors and customer trends.
  • Assist in planning partner events, workshops, and promotional activities.

Who You Are

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in business development, channel management, or marketing — ideally in the interior design or renovation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven.
  • A self-starter who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and growing opportunities.
  • Singaporean preferred.
