We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing strategy and sales support.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting events and campaigns that directly contribute to driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events (in-person, virtual or hybrid), such as trade shows, conferences and company events.
- Help manage and track leads generated from events and marketing efforts.
- Assist in creating content for events, including website copy, event signage and social media updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors and other event partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Support the marketing and sales teams in managing project timelines, budgets and logístical details for events and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and no experience are welcome to apply. (Training will be provided).

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- Creative thinker with a focus on results.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
