We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role will play a key part in planning and executing events that drive customer engagement and boost sales. You’ll work closely with both the sales and marketing departments to ensure each event aligns with our business objectives and leaves a lasting impression on attendees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify event goals and target audiences.
- Help manage logistics; including venue selection, catering, transportation and equipment rentals.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to generate interest in upcoming events.
- Support on-site event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
- Maintain an organised database of event details.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma in any field. No experience is welcome.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences and driving sales success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,600.00 per month
