  • Lead and manage Key Account & Distributor teams across different channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key retail accounts and effective negotiations.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns, trade investments, and in-store execution for maximum impact.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG
  • Proven track record in modern trade & pharmacy channels
  • Strong experience managing large SKU portfolios and complex assortments.
