About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Support professional to assist in managing day-to-day office operations. This role will support local recruitment efforts, facilitate communication with our headquarters, and help maintain smooth administrative and budget processes for the Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Support: Assist in hiring and onboarding local staff, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the bridge between the Singapore office and headquarters for HR, administrative, and compliance matters.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office management, vendor coordination, and document organization.
  • Budget & Finance Support: Assist in expense tracking, budget control, and coordination with the finance team for payment processing and reporting.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all administrative and HR records are properly filed and updated in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
