Job Description:
- To assist Contracts Manager to handle cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities of the different tender assignments,
- To assist contractor manager for post contract works,
- Technical review on the subcontract quotation/proposal and ensure quotation/proposal meets specifications,
- Able to work closely with Contracts Manager and QS to develop accurate costings and budgets,
- To perform measurement and cost breakdown,
- Prepare payment certificate to subcontractors/suppliers
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 2 - 8 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
- More experienced candidate will be considered for a Senior position
- Willing to work at Tuas work site or HQ
- Prefer to have both Maincon & Subcon experience
