Job Description:

  • Assists in tender support preparation, analysis and evaluation.
  • Preparation of cost appraisals, cost planning & pre-tender estimate.
  • Prepares tender bid for Management's approval.
  • Contract administration of secured projects.
  • Responsible to prepare necessary documentations from shortlisting to award of sub contracts, process include evaluation, comparison and recommendation.
  • Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
  • Requested quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors for variation orders.
  • Prepared monthly Revenue and Cost Report to monitor updated revenue.
  • Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
  • Prepared monthly Day-work Report and back-charged to responsible parties.
  • Liaison with project team, client or consultant's Quantity Surveyors.
  • Maintain constant liaison with project staffs especially Project Director.
  • Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
  • Provide necessary documentations for preparation of final accounts with the client / subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
  • Prepared the comparison tables for awarding and evaluation forms for variation order works.
  • Always ensure confidentiality and safe guards of controlled documents.
  • Possess the ability to negotiate with client's Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and or as and when any variation order arises.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • With 8 years and above of HDB experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Independent, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels.
  • Proficient in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be added advantages.
  • Experience in HDB project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
  • Have done Additions and Alteration projects will be advantages.
