We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the HR Director. This role will encompass leadership responsibilities across human resources, administration, and branding functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive organizational excellence through effective management of both people and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Leadership:

  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.

  3. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent.

  4. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.

  5. Lead performance management and talent development programs.

  6. Administration Oversight:

  7. Manage administrative functions including facilities, office management, and logistical support.

  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  9. Optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  10. Supervise procurement and vendor relationships to support operational needs.

  11. Team Leadership and Development:

  12. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR, Admin and Branding team.

  13. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

  14. Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.

  15. Support professional development and career growth opportunities for departmental staff.

  16. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  17. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR and admin functions strategies with overall business objectives.

  18. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on matters related to organizational development and management.

  19. Champion initiatives that promote organizational excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (7 years) in HR Leadership, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and demonstrated experience in brand strategy development.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
