Responsibilities:

  • Manage forecasting and replenishment processes, applying concepts such as safety stock and working stock to balance between overstock and stock-outs.
  • Analyse and manage stock and purchase order data to ensure optimized allocation.
  • Collaborate with "Users" and "Parts Store" to establish an efficient demand and supply process.
  • Generate and analyse reports to support demand, forecast, and supply information, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee stock orders and allocations, ensuring inventory levels across all Parts Stores are within KPI targets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse teams.
  • Provide daily support and coordination with Operations and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in spare parts management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale inventory (thousands of line items).
  • Strong skills in demand planning and inventory analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Inventory Systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilient under pressure, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
