Job Descriptions

Job Scope :

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and correct updates of stock levels and adjustments in the system
  • Verify data with internal teams, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock, and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels in line with supply and demand
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory flow
  • Generate regular inventory reports covering key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates)
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making
  • Handle administrative export duties such as billing and documentation follow-up
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, depending on company needs

Requirements :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret inventory data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of key inventory metrics such as stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data entry and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,300/month x 13 months + Variable Bonus (based on individual and company performance)
  • 5.5 Working days weekly

  • Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.45pm

  • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm (alternate, subject to management schedule)
