Position: Administrative Officer – Registration & Policy

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

We are seeking meticulous and proactive individuals to join a team managing healthcare specialist accreditation and registration. This role involves handling applications, liaising with professionals and employers, supporting board operations, and contributing to policy review and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, process, and assess applications for specialist accreditation and registration
  • Correspond with healthcare professionals and their employers regarding applications
  • Review and maintain policies related to accreditation and registration
  • Provide secretariat support for board and committee meetings
  • Manage public mailbox and respond to enquiries promptly
  • Assist in managing a professional website and digital communications

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in regulatory, policy, or administrative operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor
  • Critical thinking, customer relationship management, and data analysis skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and positive approach to work
  • Technologically adept, proficient in Microsoft Office
