Position: Administrative Officer – Registration & Policy
Location: Singapore
About the Role:
We are seeking meticulous and proactive individuals to join a team managing healthcare specialist accreditation and registration. This role involves handling applications, liaising with professionals and employers, supporting board operations, and contributing to policy review and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, process, and assess applications for specialist accreditation and registration
- Correspond with healthcare professionals and their employers regarding applications
- Review and maintain policies related to accreditation and registration
- Provide secretariat support for board and committee meetings
- Manage public mailbox and respond to enquiries promptly
- Assist in managing a professional website and digital communications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in regulatory, policy, or administrative operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor
- Critical thinking, customer relationship management, and data analysis skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and positive approach to work
- Technologically adept, proficient in Microsoft Office
