**Student Administration - Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate the handling of enquiries from prospective students.
- Ensure proper documentation and records management in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Liaising with agents, guardians, parents, and external bodies (e.g., ICA, SEAB, CMPB etc.) on student's pass and student-related matters
- Ensure accurate data input of applicants’ particulars into the student database system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of working within a student admissions and student administration environment in higher education.
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ work experience OR
- A Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must be bilingually fluent - written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong and effective organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teams across departments and be independent.
- Strong and effective customer service skills.
- Value and enjoy a student-centric service culture.
- Appreciation and sensitivity to the arts, and the education of young people, is desirable.

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- School administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Experience working with students: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
