Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bukit Batok. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will prepare reports, analyze client data, and provide insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze client data
  • Experience in identifying business opportunities and providing tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and providing business insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bukit Batok
