Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Work closely with departments on full spectrum of professional HR services, including but not limited to talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist in formulation and administration of policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture.
  • Review, develop and strengthen HR policies and practices to achieve operational excellence, market competitiveness and for compliance.
  • Engage in HR business partnering with various stakeholders to understand the workforce challenges and propose strategic solutions. Advise business managers on regulatory compliance, HR policy and guidelines, compensation and benefits and related matters to effectively manage workforce.
  • Assist in the design and implement organization development or change interventions to ensure that the organization strategies are delivered for long term sustainability.
  • Identify and implement talent development programme to support company's retention / growth and succession planning.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop training roadmap, manage training & development for all employees and ensure compliance to audit requirements.
  • Participate in annual salary and benefits surveys, salary data review and analysis and update salary structure, perform salary benchmarking and job structure review to align with company total compensation policy and guidelines.
  • Promote and maintain a healthy and harmonious employee relations.
  • Ensure that all Human Resources records, reports and files are properly documented and maintained.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business studies or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to talent acquisition and development.
  • Knowledge in compensation tools and methodology, as well as IHRP certification will be added advantageous.
  • Well versed in local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, meticulous and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, resourceful with sense of responsibility.
