Salary: $3,300 per month (Fixed)

My client is looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to support a data integrity and system enhancement initiative within the Workday HR system. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various employee information records.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation in Workday, focusing on employee information across multiple data fields, including:

  – Educational qualifications

  – Professional certifications

  – Learning and development records

  – Other relevant data attributes

• Verify employee information through:

  – Direct engagement with staff to validate and update data

  – Cross-referencing records with source documents to ensure accuracy

  – Identifying and resolving data gaps or discrepancies

• Support process improvements and assist with ad-hoc administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably involving HR systems or data management.

• Experience with Workday will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple IT platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, good analytical ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
