General Description (Job Scope)

· A detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst.

· Processing and analyzing data to provide accountable insights that drive business decisions.

· Work with large datasets, develop reports, and support various departments in data-driven strategies.

Specific Accountabilities

· Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Perform detailed analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and patterns.

· Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.

· Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Prepare and present data findings in clear, understandable formats for stakeholders at all levels.

· Monitor and optimize data quality, performing regular data audits and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

· Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.

Skills Required

· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Must Have - Python and SQL), with experience gained through academic projects, internships or professional works.

· Hands-on experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, Power Query, and/or VBA.

· Attentive to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Proactive mindset with strong sense of initiative, continuously seeking ways to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operation efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

· Open for Fresh graduates with relevant experience from academic projects or internships in data analytics or logistics-related fields.

· Alternatively, 1 - 2 years of working experience in data analytics roles or in warehousing/logistics functions.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
