- Manage outbound operations including SAP system updates for shipment creation and cost tracking, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customs authorities on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO) requirements to maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
- Lead the logistics service provider business process outsourcing team by providing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training sessions, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards with proper documentation for audits.
- Oversee APAC-Hub inbound activities and regional distribution while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure environmental health & safety (EHS), ISO certification requirements, and trade compliance activities are implemented in partnership with third-party logistics providers and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor export document loading schedules closely to ensure accuracy is maintained by logistics partners throughout the shipping process.

You will possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to work collaboratively across departments while influencing positive outcomes at every level. Your ability to manage teams effectively through coaching and feedback will be essential for maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, your analytical mindset combined with advanced computer skills will allow you to monitor key metrics closely and deliver results that align with organisational objectives.
