By leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and your ability to collaborate effectively across teams, you will help drive continuous improvement efforts that benefit both customers and the organisation as a whole.

  • Provide operational guidance and manage logistics service provider members to ensure stable inbound logistics, warehouse operations, interplant transfers, and outbound logistics processes are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee the timely clearance of inbound shipments to warehouse receipts and coordinate outbound operations to guarantee prompt delivery to customers.
  • Ensure accurate billing by updating shipment details meticulously and consistently meeting delivery targets set by the organisation.
  • Develop sustainable solutions aimed at maximising customer satisfaction through effective logistics management and process optimisation.
  • Manage outbound operations including SAP system updates for shipment creation and cost tracking, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customs authorities on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO) requirements to maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Lead the logistics service provider business process outsourcing team by providing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training sessions, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards with proper documentation for audits.
  • Oversee APAC-Hub inbound activities and regional distribution while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure environmental health & safety (EHS), ISO certification requirements, and trade compliance activities are implemented in partnership with third-party logistics providers and manufacturing teams.
  • Monitor export document loading schedules closely to ensure accuracy is maintained by logistics partners throughout the shipping process.

What you bring:

To excel as a Logistics Analyst in this organisation, you will bring extensive experience in supply chain management along with knowledge of customs operations and trade compliance. You will possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to work collaboratively across departments while influencing positive outcomes at every level. Your ability to manage teams effectively through coaching and feedback will be essential for maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, your analytical mindset combined with advanced computer skills will allow you to monitor key metrics closely and deliver results that align with organisational objectives. Experience working within manufacturing environments or third-party logistics settings will further strengthen your candidacy for this pivotal role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is required for this position.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in supply chain operations with proven responsibility for managing logistics personnel and third-party vendors over at least three years.
  • Extensive background in logistics operations including customs procedures, trade compliance regulations, and cross-border movement of goods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritising workloads effectively.
  • Experience working within manufacturing processes as well as third-party logistics operations on a global scale is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills supported by project management experience focused on improving key metrics through data-driven decision making.
